A: Every piece in our archive undergoes our rigorous internal inspection. We verify the vinyl texture, paint precision, and anti-counterfeit details. Since we operate in the secondary market, we prioritize transparency—what you see in our Live Shots is exactly what you receive.

2. Condition Grading

Q: What does "Near Mint" or "Confirmed" condition mean?
A: In the collector world, "Confirmed" means the outer box has been carefully opened only to identify the character inside. The figure remains in its original foil bag (unopened) or is in pristine condition with all original accessories. Please refer to our Condition Grading Guide for specific tier details.

3. Shipping to USA & Canada

Q: How long will it take for my order to arrive?
A: We ship directly from our archive in China. For our collectors in the USA and Canada, the estimated delivery time is typically 8-15 business days. All orders include premium protective packaging and a real-time tracking number sent to your email.

4. Packaging & Protection

Q: I am a "Box Collector." How do you protect the packaging during transit?
A: We understand that the box is part of the soul of the collectible. We use double-walled corrugated boxes and multi-layer bubble wrap to ensure your Monsters arrive in the same condition they left our gallery.

5. Returns & Exchanges

Q: Can I return a product if I change my mind?
A: Due to the unique nature of the secondary market and the high demand for specific Labubu editions, all sales are final. However, if there is a significant discrepancy from our description or damage during transit, please contact support@monsclub.com within 48 hours of delivery.
