Our Quality Standard

Not all squishies are created equal. At Monsclub, every product goes through our internal quality check before it makes it into the catalog. Here is exactly what we look for.

The Monsclub Squeeze Test

Every squishy we carry is evaluated against five criteria:

1. Slow-Rise Rebound

A quality squishy should return to its original shape slowly and evenly — no fast snap-back, no permanent dents. We test rebound time and consistency on every product. Our standard: 3–10 seconds for a full return, depending on size.

2. Foam Density & Softness

The foam should feel substantial but not stiff. It should compress smoothly under gentle pressure and feel satisfying to hold. Products that feel hollow, crinkly, or overly rigid do not pass.

3. Surface Finish

Paint and print quality matters. We check for clean edges, consistent coloring, no smearing or bubbling, and accurate detail reproduction. What you see in our product photos should match what arrives at your door.

4. Material Safety

All products we list must be made from non-toxic, odor-safe PU foam. We do not carry products with strong chemical smells, flaking coatings, or materials that fail basic safety standards. Food squishies with scents use mild, non-irritating fragrance only.

5. Structural Integrity

Seams, printed features, and any attached elements (eyes, decorations, accessories) must be firmly bonded and hold up to repeated squishing. We do not list products where these elements show signs of separation or weak adhesion.

What This Means for You

When you order from Monsclub, you are getting a product that has already been evaluated — not a random drop from a bulk catalog. If a product does not meet our standard, it does not get listed. Simple as that.

If Something Is Not Right

Despite our process, the occasional issue can slip through. If your order arrives and does not meet the standard described above — wrong rebound, surface defect, structural issue — contact us within 48 hours at support@monsclub.com with photos. We will replace it or refund it, no questions asked.
